Viking’s guide for its integrated columns allows six to twelve hours for a compartment to reach a newly chosen temperature, and warns that the display drifts a little from the setting while doors keep opening or a warm load goes in. Change the setting once and leave it overnight. Still warm next morning, it needs looking at.
