Visits, Service call and Coverage are the visit itself. The $89 call-out covers getting to you and diagnosing the fault in full, and all of that $89 is deducted from the repair once you approve it. Most repairs then sit inside one of six published bands; a part with no band, such as a hinge or a seal, is priced from the diagnosis, and the visit, step by step shows where you hear the figure. When a repair stops being worth it, usually deep sealed-system work on an old built-in, that gets said at the visit too.
